Shipping policy

Processing time. Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. During the holiday season we'll post order-by dates on the site.

Where we ship. United States only, including PO boxes.

Rates.

Standard shipping: $8.00 flat rate
Free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more
Local pickup in Mount Pleasant, SC: free

Standard usually arrives within 5 to 8 business days after shipping.

Local pickup. Choose Local Pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, usually within 24 hours, we'll contact you to arrange a time and share the pickup location.

Damaged packages. If your order arrives damaged, email a photo to hoptoicandleco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Lost or delayed packages. If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or it shows delivered but you don't have your package, email us and we'll work with the carrier to find it.

Address changes. Email us right away. We can update the address as long as the order hasn't shipped.
